NOTHING HAS CHANGED (citazione tratta dal testo di Sunday, il brano di aperture di Heathen) raccoglie canzoni di ogni periodo della carriera di Bowie, dalle sue prime apparizioni con ‘Liza Jane’ e ‘Can’t Help Thinking About Me’ fino alla versione di James Murphy ‘Hello Steve Reich Mix’ di ‘Love Is Lost’ dello scorso anno.
L’album propone le prime nuove canzoni dopo aver stupito il mondo con l’acclamato ‘THE NEXT DAY’.
Il nuovo singolo ‘SUE (or IN A SEASON OF CRIME)’ è stato espressamente registrato per NOTHING HAS CHANGED con lo storico produttore Tony Visconti e sarà pubblicato in edizioni limitata in un singolo in vinile 10” ed in digital download lo stesso giorno dell’album.
Insieme alla nuova traccia NOTHING HAS CHANGED ci saranno l’inedita ‘Let Me Sleep Beside You’ tratta dalle session di ‘TOY’ , poi ‘Your Turn To Drive’ prima disponibile solo come download e che fa il suo debutto su cd e la splendida ri-registrazione del 2001 della outtake del 1971 ‘Shadow Man’.
